Yes. Giving and claiming items on Relyst is free for everyone. There’s no listing fee, no commission, and no money changes hands between the giver and the reclaimer. A Pro subscription is available for frequent givers who want extras like travel mode, scheduled listings, and tag watchlists.
How is Relyst different from other free giving sites?
Most free platforms hand you a message thread with a stranger and wish you luck. Relyst structures the whole exchange in the app: people tap to put their hand up, you pick one based on their rating, both sides confirm a pickup window before any address is shared, and no-shows automatically receive a negative rating.

What is Relyst Pro and what does it include?
Relyst Pro is an optional subscription for frequent givers. It adds travel mode, a permanent second pickup location, auto-relisting up to five times, twelve photos per listing, scheduled listings, priority visibility, tag and keyword watchlists, and an impact dashboard. Pricing will be announced before launch.
Who can see my pickup address?
Nobody, until you choose a reclaimer and both sides confirm a pickup window. Your address is never shown on the public listing or in search results, and browsers only see the suburb. Once you’ve selected a reclaimer and they’ve confirmed, the full address is revealed to that one person only.
How does Relyst store and protect my address?
Every address you give us is locked away with its own individual key, separate from every other address on Relyst. There isn’t one master password that opens them all, so even in the unlikely event that someone broke into our database, they’d have to crack each address on its own. Your address is only unlocked at the moment a reclaimer you’ve chosen needs it to come and collect.
